North Richmond Panthers

Jakaan Architects was engaged by the Penrith Panthers Group to deliver Construction Certificate documentation for a new alfresco dining and entertainment area at North Richmond Panthers, following our earlier work on accessibility upgrades within the Penrith Panthers Rugby League Club.

The project involved constructing five covered cabanas, extending the children’s play area, creating a new open-air alfresco space, and integrating high-bar seating areas. The original concept design and Development Application were prepared by Monocle Designs.

Jakaan Architects led the detailed design development, consultant coordination, and Construction Certificate documentation process. This involved coordinating architectural, acoustic, vegetation management, and NCC/BCA compliance requirements to prepare the project for construction by Dark Horse Projects.
