Royal Prince Edward Yacht Club

Jakaan Architects was engaged by a specialist joinery company as documentation architects for the prestigious Royal Prince Edward Yacht Club in Point Piper, Sydney. While the overall concept was developed by a US-based architect, the project required additional architectural modelling, technical documentation and 3D presentations to support approval and delivery.

Our role involved detailed architectural documentation, ensuring the highest level of precision for the club’s high-end interior fitout. We worked closely with the joinery team to refine and document intricate design elements, including the ceiling featuring exposed decorative beams and bespoke interior details. Additionally, we provided construction details to support the delivery of a flawless, luxury finish.
